Choices YouTube requires, made by you

YouTube asks three questions of every upload. UniPostudio never answers them for you; nothing is preselected, and a video cannot be scheduled until you choose.

• Privacy: public, unlisted or private.
• Made for kids: yes or no.
• Altered or synthetic content: whether the video contains realistic altered or AI-made content.

Formats and limits

YouTube’s rules, handled for you

• Description length is measured in bytes, as YouTube does. Malayalam or Arabic text reaches the 5,000-byte limit well before 5,000 characters, and the composer shows you where you stand.
• Large files go up as a resumable, chunked upload, so a dropped connection does not mean starting again.
• Your video is uploaded with your own YouTube sign-in, not a shared key.

How to schedule YouTube videos

• Connect: open Channels, choose YouTube and sign in with the Google account that owns the channel.
• Compose: add the video and write the title and description. AI captions can draft them.
• Fit it for YouTube: in the YouTube tab, add tags and answer the privacy, made-for-kids and synthetic-content questions.
• Schedule: pick a time or drag it on the calendar. Approvals let a client review it first.

Planning YouTube with your other channels

A YouTube upload usually comes with posts elsewhere: a Short cut from it, an Instagram Reel, a LinkedIn post or a Telegram message with the link. In UniPostudio these sit on one calendar in month, week, day or agenda view, so the announcement goes out when the video does. Each channel gets its own caption from the same post.

YouTube comments and AI replies

Comments on your videos come into the social inbox. AI replies draft an answer in your brand’s voice; approve each, or let them send automatically on YouTube. Each automated reply is disclosed as AI.

YouTube analytics

Analytics show view, like and comment counts that YouTube reports for each video, including private and unlisted ones. History is 90 days on Classic and Pro, one year on Agency.

What it does not do yet

• Uploads stay private until YouTube’s API compliance audit completes.
• No thumbnail upload; set the thumbnail in YouTube Studio.
• No community posts.
