A unified social inbox for comments, DMs, WhatsApp and reviews

Customers write wherever they found you: a comment under a Reel, a Facebook message, a WhatsApp chat, a Google review. UniPostudio brings them into one inbox, per brand, so nobody has to open five apps to find out who is waiting.

An AI agent drafts each reply in your brand’s voice. You send it, edit it, or, channel by channel, let the agent send safe replies itself. Every reply the agent sends on its own is disclosed as AI.

Nothing old is answered automatically: auto-send only applies to new messages. All ten channels are built into UniPostudio. Some open in your account as each platform completes its app review; the Channels screen shows which ones you can connect today. See every channel on integrations.

Drafted or sent automatically

By default the agent drafts and a person decides. Read the draft, change a word or two, send. A draft a person sends is that person’s reply.

Auto-send is opt-in per channel. Switch it on for WhatsApp but keep Google reviews manual, for example. Even with auto-send on, the agent stays inside each platform’s rules above. Lower-rated Google reviews always go to a person.

Disclosure customers can see

Replies the agent sends by itself are labelled, in line with the transparency duty in Article 50 of the EU AI Act. In a private chat, a line such as “(Automated reply from {brand}’s AI assistant)” comes before the agent’s first reply, and again after 24 hours. A public reply ends with “– {brand} (AI-assisted)”.

The disclosure exists in all 34 app languages and follows the customer’s language. You can reword it, but you cannot remove it from automated replies.

Opt-out and 24-hour windows

  • A customer who sends STOP, or the local equivalent such as Abmelden or إلغاء الاشتراك, is left alone.
  • WhatsApp allows free-form replies only within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. After that, Meta-approved templates are needed, and business-initiated messages need the customer’s opt-in.
  • Instagram and Facebook messages follow Meta’s 24-hour window too.
  • X lets apps reply only to posts that mention or quote the account (X’s rule since February 2026).

Assignment and SLA on Agency

On the Agency plan, conversations can be assigned to a teammate and escalated. SLA rules set a first-response target by priority and channel, and can count business hours only. A breach notifies owners and admins; a dashboard shows compliance, breaches and average response time by channel. Classic and Pro include the inbox with replies.

AI reply allowances

An AI reply counts once when it is generated, whether a person sends the draft or the agent sends it. Allowances belong to the account and are shared by its brands.

Frequently asked questions

Can I answer WhatsApp and Instagram messages in the same place?

Yes. Connect WhatsApp Business through Meta’s Embedded Signup and your Instagram professional account, and both arrive in the same inbox for that brand.

Will the AI reply to customers without my approval?

Only if you switch auto-send on for that channel. Otherwise it drafts and a person sends. Auto-sent replies are always disclosed as AI.

Why are LinkedIn messages not in the inbox?

LinkedIn’s policy does not allow it for apps like ours, so there is no LinkedIn inbox and no AI replies on LinkedIn. TikTok and Pinterest have no inbox in UniPostudio either.

Can I reply to Google reviews?

Yes, publicly as the business. Reviews sync every 10 minutes. AI auto-replies need your consent per location and only cover 4- and 5-star reviews. More on Google Business Profile.

What happens when I run out of AI replies?

The allowance is monthly and shared by the account’s brands. You can always write replies yourself, and Agency raises the allowance to 1,200.

Can I remove the AI disclosure?

Not from replies the agent sends by itself. You can reword it. Drafts a person sends are that person’s reply and carry no label.
