Facebook scheduler for Pages: posts, photos, links and video
UniPostudio is a Facebook scheduler for business Pages. You write a post once, adjust it for Facebook if you want, and put it on a shared calendar with Instagram, LinkedIn, X and the rest of your channels.
It publishes to Facebook Pages. Facebook does not let apps publish to personal profiles, so those are not supported.

Facebook is generous with length, but posts still need the right shape. The composer checks each post before you schedule it.

How to schedule Facebook posts
- Connect: open Channels, choose Facebook, sign in and pick the Pages you manage.
- Compose: write the post once, add photos, a video or a link. AI captions can draft the text from a brief.
- Fit the caption: open the Facebook tab to give Facebook its own wording, longer if you like, without touching other channels.
- Schedule: choose a time or drag the post on the calendar. Send it for approval first if a colleague or client needs to see it.
Planning Facebook with Instagram
Many businesses post the same thing to Facebook and Instagram, but the two want different things. Facebook is happy with a long post and a clickable link with a preview; Instagram wants a shorter caption, more hashtags and “Link in bio”. In UniPostudio you write one post and give each channel its own version, side by side.
Occasions for your market, such as Eid, Diwali, Christmas or a national day, appear on the calendar with a suggested day to post ahead. Occasion posters render in four sizes at once, including 1200×628 landscape for Facebook link posts.
Facebook comments and messages in the inbox
Comments on your Page posts and messages (Messenger, where your Page has it enabled) arrive in the social inbox. AI replies draft an answer in your brand’s voice for you to approve, or you can let them send automatically.
Automatic replies to messages only go out inside Meta’s 24-hour window. Every reply the agent sends by itself is disclosed as AI. Customers who send STOP are left alone.
Facebook analytics
Analytics show what Facebook reports for your Page posts. Meta removed impressions in 2025, so insights use media views instead. History is 90 days on Classic and Pro, one year on Agency.
What it does not do yet
- No Facebook Stories or Reels.
- No personal profiles; Pages only.
- No first-comment posting.

Can I schedule posts to my personal Facebook profile?
No. Facebook only lets apps publish to Pages, so UniPostudio schedules to Pages you manage.
Can I schedule Facebook Reels or Stories?
Not today. UniPostudio publishes text, link, photo and video posts to Facebook. Reels and Stories can be scheduled on Instagram.
Can I post several photos in one Facebook post?
Yes. Add several photos in the composer and they go out together in one post.
Do Facebook messages come into the inbox?
