UniPostudio vs SocialPilot
SocialPilot is a long-standing scheduler built with agencies in mind: many social accounts per plan, client approvals and white-label reports. UniPostudio is a newer tool that prices by brand rather than by social account, and adds an AI-assisted inbox, WhatsApp, Google reviews and occasion posters.
This page sets out what each costs and does, using only prices from SocialPilot’s official page, and says plainly where SocialPilot is the better choice.
At a glance
- SocialPilot: no free plan, 14-day trial with no card. Plans are sized by social accounts and users: 5 accounts and 1 user on Essentials, up to 40 accounts on Ultimate.
- UniPostudio: no free plan, 30-day Classic trial with no card. Plans are sized by brands; all 10 channels and unlimited posts (except X) come with every plan.
- The inbox starts on SocialPilot Standard. On UniPostudio it is on every plan, with AI reply drafts.
- Client approvals and white-label reports start on SocialPilot Premium. UniPostudio has approvals on every plan and white label on Agency.
Pricing compared
SocialPilot lists Essentials at $20 a month ($17 billed annually), Standard $40 ($34), Premium $100 ($85) and Ultimate $200 ($170), with euro prices of €19, €38, €95 and €190 a month. UniPostudio is €9, €29 or €49 a month, the same numbers in US dollars; see pricing.
The examples below use monthly billing and assume you need the features named. Your cost depends on how many accounts and people you have, so run your own numbers.
| Situation | SocialPilot | UniPostudio |
|---|---|---|
| One business, 6 social accounts, 2 people, needs an inbox | Standard: $40 / €38 (Essentials has 1 user and no inbox) | Classic: $9 / €9 (1 brand, 3 seats, inbox) |
| Agency, 5 clients with 4 accounts each (20 accounts), 4 people, client approvals | Premium: $100 / €95 | Agency: $49 / €49 (5 brands, 10 seats per brand) |
| Agency, 8 clients with 5 accounts each (40 accounts) | Ultimate: $200 / €190 | Agency: €49 + 3 extra brands × €10 = €79 |
UniPostudio charges euro and US dollars through Paddle, which adds VAT or sales tax where it applies; in India, rupees through Razorpay with 18% GST on top. For how SocialPilot handles tax, check their site.

- White-label client reporting is a stated feature on Premium and Ultimate.
- Unlimited users on Ultimate, where UniPostudio Agency has 10 seats per brand.
- LinkedIn: UniPostudio publishes to personal profiles only, company pages not yet, and has no LinkedIn analytics.
Where UniPostudio is stronger
- A flat price per brand. Adding a channel to a brand doesn’t move you up a plan.
- One inbox for comments, DMs, WhatsApp and Google reviews, with AI drafts you approve or let send automatically, always disclosed as AI. See social inbox.
- Occasion posters for Diwali, Eid, Ramadan, Saudi National Day, Christmas and more, unlimited on every plan.
- An interface in 34 languages, including Arabic and Urdu right to left and six Indian languages.
Who should choose which
Choose SocialPilot if you run many client accounts, need white-label reports today, or want a tool with a long track record. Choose UniPostudio if you are a small business or a small agency that wants every channel, an inbox and approvals at a low flat price, or you serve customers in Arabic or Indian languages.
Switching tips
- Export upcoming posts to a spreadsheet and bring them in with UniPostudio’s CSV import.
- Set up one brand per client, connect its channels and check the Channels screen for any channel still in platform review.
- Run both tools side by side during the 30-day trial before you cancel anything.
All ten channels are built into UniPostudio. Some open in your account as each platform completes its app review; the Channels screen shows which ones you can connect today.
